Matt Emmerton is a DB2 performance expert at IBM's Toronto Lab. In addition to working on key performance aspects of DB2 V8 and DB2 9, Matt has also played an integral role in tuning DB2 LUW for several TPC benchmarks.

James's Bio

James Waddell has been with IBM since 1978 in a variety of positions, from Client IT Architect in a variety of manufacturing and hospital accounts, to most recently as a Software IT Specialist in Milwaukee specializing in DB2 Connect and DB2 UDB. In the last ten years he sold and installed DB2 Connect at over 200 accounts in the Midwest. He continues to invest time and energy in DB2 Connect, most recently co-authoring an updated presentation on DB2 Connect with Paul Wirth.
